The innovative approach that the leading salon chains in Russia, Ukraine and Israel use today was developed by a successful businessman Simon Doiban.
In Russia, the modern beauty market offers customers approximately the same set of services: nail services, hairdresser and colorist services, care manipulations, rejuvenation procedures, relaxation therapy and massages. Salons can differ from each other by the qualifications of their specialists and quality standards. A consistently high level of service and strict adherence to all approved service algorithms is the most important competitive advantage in the beauty industry. Today, the leading salon chains in Russia, Ukraine and Israel are successfully operating under Simon Doiban’s standardization program – Quality Assurance.
Simon Doiban is a recognized expert in the salon industry, business coach, entrepreneur and owner of an international consulting company and the Beauty Consulting Academy business school . Simon moved to live in Omsk from Israel in 2008. In the beauty direction, he saw a prospect for development and plunged into the study of the industry – he traveled to world beauty and cosmetology exhibitions, communicated with specialized specialists from different countries, adopted world experience and adapted it to his vision and Russian realities. By 2012, he already understood that he wanted to further develop in this direction, not only as a salon owner, but also as an industry expert.
Simon opened his first beauty salon in Omsk, and a little later he headed the Beauty Consulting Academy. Business owners, managers and administrators of salons, cosmetology and wellness centers, SPA complexes in Russia, Ukraine and Israel turn to the company for help in building business processes both in existing beauty salons and at the start-up stage. Beauty Consulting Academy specialists study the situation of each particular institution, adapt the standards of quality management, administrative management, management control, communication processes developed personally by Simon Doiban to the identified tasks, and then successfully integrate them into the client’s business.
In a short time, Doiban and his consulting Academy became known in the world for their innovative developments and progressive approach to organizing the work of salons and health centers.
Quality Assurance is one of Simon Doiban’s largest innovation projects. This is a program for standardizing the quality of services and work of beauty industry enterprises. The author of the project has developed fundamental principles for the effective evaluation of salon services and postulates that regulate the quality standards of beauty salons and SPA centers. Simon Doiban was the first to prescribe a system for monitoring and evaluating the quality of work of beauty enterprises that regulates their work algorithms.
Initially, the standardization program was successfully launched in the beauty salons of Omsk, followed by large franchised salon chains in Russia, Ukraine and Israel.
Simon Doiban’s service innovations in each salon allow businesses to create a high level of service and quality of service, strengthen their positions in the service market, gain consumer confidence and look to the future with confidence. Taken together, the introduction of the QA standardization program as the basis for the work of the salon will certainly affect the financial indicators of business profitability, satisfaction with the level of work and their salaries of the company’s staff and, ultimately, on customers who go to the salon for an individual approach and quality services.
